Karsten Drath
Karsten Drath is a leadership coach and expert on the subject of resilience with an extensive management background, which he has gained in numerous international management positions amongst others at Accenture, Bombardier, and Perot Systems. Prior to his career as an executive coach, he was Managing Director EMEA of Dell’s consulting unit and was responsible for its development.
Today, he is one of the Managing Partners at Leadership Choices. He is a certified executive coach and naturopath for psychotherapy.
